Not bad
It's not bad. I did find a couple things.
1) Head and Chest options are the same, you might want to fix that.
2) Maybe add some sound to it.
3) Add some damage to the creature when hit.

the character drawings werent bad, but if you could make it a little easier to change up your guy (plus get the change head to work) plus add a little more weapons and shit, i could see it being well worth the trouble.

I respect the fact that you are an avid AdventureQuest fan but this was a feeble attempt at a Create-A-Character type thing. You need to put some sound into it. Try to change the monsters. So on and so forth.
