Guess what? It was made in 1970. So it's not really the 1960s. I say you're still right because it's not like the culture or society makes a dramatic change as soon as a new decade hits. So, the original commercial still has that '60s feel to it.
Man, it took me 2 years to finally look it up. What ever did I do without Wikipedia?

It was mildly funny. I thought you did a good job recreating the characters. I wasn't expecting the turtle to do that!?!
It could use some more entertainment and the timing was a little slow, but not bad

It was much better than the first draft, in which the moral was "Don't tie hookers up to telephone polls and feed them Jell-O. You'll still get arrested."
