Que horrible!
My dear South American counterparts, it is with much sadness that I review that this short cartoon was worse than the movie even if it was not finished. The characters look horrible! I suggest you start over from the begining. You should keep the matrix code introduction. The glowing effects of the matrix code were well done. However, beyond that point the film is terrible.

A few questions, why did the agents look like lemmings? Why the hell were they all so damn happy. And who in God's name was that old guy?
