good concept
i didn't die(probably because it's a demo). if the ghosts are harmful then you should do something to make them easier to kill or help with the predictability of their attacks other then they'll always be coming. it would also be helpful to predict the attack of the skelitons other then move 3 steps duck and do it again. if you change it to a predictablity then you could make a thought process between using a specific weapon to damage a specific monster but, if it's staying as a run and gun then keep on with the badass weapons. their could be a story, some puzzles, more characters; i'm not expecting all of the above, we all know you'd be working on this for years but, i'm just trying to help with a brain storm. other then that, good game.
Ghastly....
very good, done well. the weapon system is a little weak for a finished game, but well suited for the demo. add some weapon choosing and its good, maybe limited ammo also. Plays well. One bug is that when u jump to a platform thats too high to reach, if you shoot you land on top of the platform. keep the good games coming.

Though I agree with Arek (you should be able to run and look up at the same time), along with a few small things, namely polishing the sound and graphics a bit, I did enjoy this game a lot.
