What does "Your NG character" mean? Does it have to be inspired by Tankman/Newgrounds?

An OC you made for Newgrounds or maybe premiered on Newgrounds, I guess? I threw my persona into a tankmen uniform during the tanksona meme things going on a few weeks ago and used that, since I don't have an NG-centric character otherwise.

I frequently use the Endesga 64 or Endesga 32 for my stuff, and the Lux3K palette sometimes too, but I thought I'd mix it up with Pineapple this time.
