Wow...
First... people don't walk that slow. They also have arms and legs. Ninjas don't walk around in broad daylight. Announcers don't talk so slowly and obviously an octave lower than their usual voice would sound. Not to mention that there are no semi-automatic sniper rifles in existance, and that any sniper would have taken out a target moving so slowly. Jumping usually involves crouching down beforehand, and doing a cartwheel in mid air without shifting your body weight at all is impossible. You didn't even kill the enemies he shot with the sniper rifle at the same pace that he actually FIRED. Poorly made, low quality, terrible plot. Try paying more attention to how things move in real life. Take a step yourself, and look how long it takes. Also, watch how far they move when they take a step. It wasn't too bad, but it was off a little. After the sniper scene, I just stopped watching, but I'm sure there are a load of more mistakes. If you're going to put this much time into making something then stop, go back, watch it, and see if you can notice anything that doesn't seem right in it. Does it look realistic for your style? Are things consistant? Etc. Don't give up, just try harder.
