Best 'dress up' game ever
I can't believe I've never seen anything like that done before. It was incredibly fun. I don't know why it has such a low score, but at least I gave it a four to counteract that. I hope to god that it doesn't get blammed. The only real problems I had with it was that it was a little cluttered, and some of the layering seemed funny.
Ya its wierd i thought of it, then looked at all NG and didnt find anything like that, so i decided to make one.

Wow! its cool, but it needs better music, more copys of other sprites! And a background... cause its... its... Let me just say its crapy. But every thing else is cool!

Ways to improve-
1. more precise dragging
2. more space
3. There is more stuff shooting left then there is right, or at least it looks like it
4. different maps
5. save function
6. More metal slug stuff! there are plenty of sprites to choose from
7.menu to choose the sprites you want to use
