I learned something today...
I had never before seen the whistle levels, and never knew that there was a garbage whistle. And now I learned how whistle points work.
You might need to edit some things, and perhaps provide more information on the experience ranks.

and i have a question, in some of the user profiles it has "batting average" (under BBS Posts) what is that?

btw, your wrong, there can be multiple level 30 users, even tom says this, in the FAQ
