Extremely basic
I hate to burst your bubble, but the way to show someone up is by producing stuff that is better than theirs -- not stuff that is the same, or worse. Like Neil Gaiman said, "The solution to bad art is to make good art, not to grumble about the bad art."
At least illwill isn't simply cobbing off someone else, which you are.
Your timing was decent, and your animation skills are decent. But it's just as tiresome to hear you complain as it is to hear Foamy complain, and as long as you've hitched your wagon to Foamy you'll always be behind him. Surely the reputation you want is not "that guy that bitches about Foamy". Do something original and interesting so you can carve out your own place on the front page! That really -would- show us all.
This isn't a parody
This is a movie that bitches and moans about Foamy, using the word parody as a flimsy excuse to shrug off any negative review as the complaining of a Foamy fan who can't take a joke.
You aren't making any attempt at parody, you're whining because despite any reasons you think it shouldn't be, Foamy stays popular.
I do like Foamy, and I do like parodies (if you dont believe me, there is a good review for a Foamy parody in my Reviews), but, as I said above, this isn't a parody. It's crap. It's a bad attempt at mocking the style of a popular series, because it's just as cool to hate Foamy as it is to love him.
The picture and sound quality was good, and I do hope you put your talents to good use, but, you do need to work on your writing.

Unoriginal, even for a parody.
I'm not a huge foamy fan, but I don't have this irrational hatred of the Neurotically Yours toon either. I watch it, sometimes it's funny, sometimes it's not. I do usually enjoy the toons where whats-her-face is involved, and there's interaction with the two main characters more than I tend to enjoy Foamy's rants, but they both have their merits.
That said...
Your cartoon wasn't funny. I realize that you're trying to make a parody of Foamy, but it wasn't funny. It was just complaining, ranting, etcetera. You're probably gonna get kudos from everyone who hates foamy, but that doesn't mean you've done anything worth watching.
"If you say you don't like the animation, if you say you do not like the voices, then your basically saying that foamy sucks also." Hmm. Well, let's see. The animation was similar to Foamy, but Foamy has better expressions than your sock-puppet rabbit. Makes a big difference. The voice - yeah, it's similar, the "chipmunky" effect is about right, but you don't seem to have the same ability to emote as the IllWillPress guy does.
Man, I can take a joke about foamy - I can even laugh - and will - if it's funny. This wasn't funny. It was just lame. Your disclaimer took forever, too. Man. You really should have added a "skip disclaimer" button in there somewhere.
So.... Can you do anything original? Everything I can see by you on newgrounds is all about how much you hate foamy and illwillpress. You seem to have an irrational hatred of illwillpress. Get over it - there are a lot of people who like the toon. Yes, it's often mediocre or worse, but it's not worth spending all your effort to try to explain to everyone how horrible it is.
Go do something that kicks ass, something original. Something funny, perhaps.

I'm not gonna go all "FOAMY RULES AND YOU SUCK" like stupid Foamy-worshippers, but I happen to love NY and hate this.
The difference between Foamy and Goamy is that there is a charisma and style to the NY series. Granted, we don't all have the same tastes, but people have the right to like Foamy.
I watched this movie because from the way it was described it was supposed to be some kind of parody, that even Foamy-lovers could like with an open mind. But it just sucks.
Foamy songs weren't ass like you said. Also, Metallica DOES suck hard. IllWillPress movies are cheap and effortless ? I still find them better than almost everything on the portal except the top 50 and some other movies.
The reason everyone rips off IllWillPress and not other flash authors is that NY is very loved and is also very popular (constant front page). So people feel the need to bash it.
In conclusion: It's ok to not like NY, but insulting IllWillPress or making tasteless flashes as this (cause it wasn't the funny parody it was said to be) is simply stupid and immature.
