Smash TV anyone?
Wonderful concept. I like this game because it reminds me of Smash TV, and all the quaters I wasted in the arcades on it. This looks promising, lets see a finished product.

Listen Very Carefully
Dude...I am a flash artist as well and I know how long that took to make. I'm totally sympathetic, but you need some serious work. I'm not here to insult you're work; its very well done but their are several, shall I say, weaknesses in your design.
The first weakness is the controls. If you want to make the game better make it so the mouse controlls which direct he faces and heads towards when you push him foward.
The second weakness is the extreme simplicity of the soldier himself. You need to at least make him look real.
Third flaw, if you want to see if people approve of your concept you have to do a little more than one room otherwise they just get bored and overlook its genius.
Finally, it had a loop sequence where the Iraqis pop up again out of nowhere. Fix that.

Make more and make it diffrent.
First i think you should make the walk in 2D style, where if you press up he goes up, you press down he goes down. And he will fire in the direction where mouse goes. Because 3d controls are kinda lame.
Half a game gets half a score
Even though this is a demo, you should really post entire games up rather than parts. Movies are able to get away with halfers but games are something that really need to be completed.
