I thought it was really good.
Using the Wily theory of Zeros origins was a nice touch. I also liked the use of Protoman, he's my favortie character from the series and it's rare to see people use him well.

My biggest recomendation is for you to put some sound in instead of using the text.

well i dont want horrible voice acting to ruin a decent movie. And i would find it kind of weird to be doing voice acting for a sprite movie.

Story was great, But Agh I hate sprites the're as overused as Sticks are!

This.. sucked. It was so hopeful but... failed.
Pixelated zoom ins- Suck
Choppy cut action- suck- makes you think your computer is still loading.
You make Zero appear evil- He's not. He's just a mercanary robot- does what he wants to benifit him. You plot him against Megaman like there enemies- when in fact Mega has saved and helped Zero many of times.
