. . . but if I had to hear that slashing sound any more while it was loading I was going to close the window. I would like to see a better plot also.

First of all, don't piss people off with including a repeating sound in your preloader. Also make sure you optimize your audio size. I have a brodband connection, yet it still took me five minutes just to download this cartoon. Otherwise, the graphics are good, and the animation is decent. Try to add more of a story though. Otherwize, it was great!

Hmm...not bad.
I thought it was pretty good, considering that it was your first attempt. But you should've had the music play through the entire animation, because having it fade out to nothing with the battle still going was kind of a waste in my opinion. (That and I'm a sucker for techno.)
The preloader can get a bit annoying, but otherwise, this is a very good first attempt. Yes, compression would be nice, but other than those problems, the overall quality is pretty good.
