Not bad.
Being a fan myself of the original not that crappy remake series i believe this has great potential i for one am looking forward to the next part.

Pretty fair- the creator is obviously a fan of that great musical score (which I commend) but the beginning coulda been a little more subtle. The saucer that arrived shoulda been a little more threatening, I'm reckoning. The recreation of the typeface and legendary cover artwork was rendered very nicely in flash, but (and I know how difficult it is, but I have to say) the movements of the supposed camera were very unnatural. The artwork is great, but when taking on a great task like interpreting the War of the Worlds, direction and cinematography are essential. Please continue to animate and please do these works justice.

i hope to do it justice, alot of the artwork in the film will be like that, with maybe one scene per episode taken from the old vinals.

The graphics look nice. You got a special style, i like it. I hope to see the whole movie soon. I can't wait. This trailer looks real promising.
I once did a literature project for english about 'The War of the Worlds'. I never finished reading the book though (long live the internet :) ). However i did see the movie. Even though it was a very old movie, i liked the story. And now i see a good movie with that story. Good work. :)
