Yes that cartoon you watched was fram-by-frame. If you would like to try it yourself turn on onion skin layering in Flash and redraw/trace what you drew the first time.

That was neat, i dont think i seen a flash with the fast and bright almost like a light, it was different and had good animation with no lag, it was cool to see, nice job...

that was a pretty interesting animation... and a very nice choice of audio. granted, its not my favorite, but i think that it suited this animation quite well. the graphics in this one were quite good, decent humour and it offered some very nice entertainment.
overall, this one was quite nice, i liked this one... good work.
