Reviews for "_-={A World at War}=-_"

NICE

man, you've had like 5 songs in one week. HOW!? anyway, goodjob. Another agressive song with a nice melody. Of the dark cut songs, I'd still have to say my favorite is hundred years of pain.
Also, i've been meaning to ask you this for a long time, and in fact I sent you a private message about it but i guess you never got it. Anyway, what program do you use to makes your songs? Fruity Loops? Tree Bark?

MaestroRage responds:

lots of coffee XD. I answered your question in another reply, let me know if you have further questions via pm, blog post, or review here. I was so sure I had responded... I guess I didn't, my apologies!

Also tree bark plays a role.

Thanks for the review, i'm glad you liked it!

Argh!

How in the heck can you come out with these songs so quickly and still have them all be fantasticly made? I just don't get it.

Anyway, these all sound suspenseful and epic, as if surgeons were the greatest heroes in this world. Well, people who save lives, are the best heroes, so I guess surgeons are... I really like the flute and blasting brass (trombone or horn, I think). The percussion is fantastic as usual, just the right volume. Another amazing theme you have here. This is the type of song that deserves weekly best...

Keep on composing, Maestro!

FF~

MaestroRage responds:

Lack of sleep, Toxic amounts of coffee, and spending 6 hours a day in front of the computer, with lots of advils on the side ;D! Recipe for epic piece after epic piece, though my sanity might have taken a blow thar.

Surgeons are awesome, I agree :D! As for here you're hearing a blend of the entire brass section, trumpet, trombone, tuben, and french horns. The flute here had to be a piccilo flute so it's shrill high register could cut through the very thick wall of sound XD.

Thanks FF, for the support and the review, i'm glad you liked it :D!

*Agrees with strikepravus*

Yeah....everything that strikepravus just said...^^

MaestroRage responds:

thansk Hikuno, and again for the review, i'm glad you liked it ;D!

Moving from the start

It's pretty epic from the beginning; I've been listening for a while and I haven't gotten bored yet.

This sounds like something that'd be off POTC. And it's actually pretty easy to picture a big symphony playing this in a crowded concert hall. Well done!

MaestroRage responds:

Thank you strikepravus! This one was one of the more fun songs to work with, glad you liked it! Thanks again for the review!
