A few tweaks, and it'll be a worthy homage
The concept of 24 works very well for flash movies in a kind of single episode single minute system, however the inconsistencies of time within the episodes do hinder the real time aspect.
By this, for example I mean the fact that in two seconds, Bob is knocked out and awakens (yes, apparently two real time seconds) in a completely new location, tied up. In the previous episode, we see the events occurring in some great slow motion, yet the clock is ticking away at normal speed. There's got to be some kind of happy medium here... either slow the clock during slow motion and skip forward in the clock during jump cuts like in this episode or drop the real time style.
Like other reviewers, I think that adding voice would be effective, but only if it's done well... keep it up though!
