Decent animation but I have always had a question about 3D animation - why does it lack so much detail. I mean as good as it looks they are geometric shapes.. why do people always leave them so plain? Filesize, difficulty? Anyways just curious. MGS is a fav :)
texturing is a bitch, thats why. its not geometric shapes that you see in the detail, its the texture...and bodypaint R2 is just friggen hard and glitchy.
You have skill.
Although there was no plot, you definitely made up for it with your amazing 3D talents. You should try to apply those skills toward a career.

Nice 3d animation. Know it musta been hell to animate. You should re-submit it using the actual music from when RAY jumps in the water. It's called "Ray Escapes" by Harry Gregson-Wiliams. You should be able to find it on LimeWire or Kazaa. Good job.
i like this music, but thanks anywy. actually, it was easy to animate... just a few bone tweaks. settting it up is another matter.
