Good game for what it's worth.

If your intention was to give the average person a little scare, and the easily shaken person nightmares for a week, you've essentially succeeded.

I personally saw it coming by the third card (the reading was becoming ominous to a fault.) The demon image itself could have been scarier. It reminded me of a really cheesy Halloween mask.

All in all, for the intended purpose, you did well. However, I think you should have at least randomized the first three cards. The interface was wonderful and could have worked very nicely. Perhaps you could consider working on a real tarot game.

Well...

I kept asking myself if I would ever have sex during the priod of time i had to think of a question. I played this game 4 times, and got the same thing over and over. Three swords in a heart

Only works when people think it random

Ive read about Tarot cards, and this is quite an interesting subject, to say the least.

The first three cards shows a lot of knowledge, but the second three are not as convincing as you'd think:

Hanged Man: There is nothing to show sufferering or death no nails, even a rope. Experts believe that this means that looking at a problem with a different perspective,

Death: not your physical death, but the dramatic change of character: with the hanged man, this suggests a change of focus or intentions.

Devil: Suggests the presence of evil, not eternal damnation or any thing like it.

Would Suggest: World Inverted (The world turns against you), The Tower (fall of possesions, ruination), and ten of pentacles, inverted (poverty)

Engaging, and good, not great.

Yes, I won't deny that you are correct, but you have to realise the majority of people on Newgrounds dont have a clue what the cards mean, so Death, Hanged Man and the Devil would look quite intimidating to someone who didn't have a clue to the meanings.

It was wierd at first, i mean the first to cards were so true, the third one wasnt really true so i started wandering, but you really messed that up, with the last set.
