Pretty good.
The only reason I gave you a 9 overall is because of the controls... they are a little hard. Other than that nice job.
The game ends very quickly
Is there a bug? When the crime level goes back down to "you're okay" no more cars come.
Fix that, and it's a pretty cool game.
