you couldve done much better. It seems like it was done in a hurry or something. Theres also some scenes that couldve been a lot funnier if you REALLY thought of how to follow through with them. (Like the SWAT member falling from the plane).

Ok first off did you know that that sword shop name is overlapping foot locker? And how can a hobo make about 125 dollars in a weeks pay? The Brick is supposed to go inside the store, hes inside the store and throwing the brick out, Sheesh Madness poser, wow a swat team on a hobo that makes a whole lotta sense, then again im wasting my time writing whats wrong with another badly made flash am I right or am I wrong?

I realise you're young but even so, you can put in more effort than this. Any idiot can use tweens, dude. At least do a BIT of keyframe. A guy fading out infront of a door doesn;t impress. Also, the quality of the voice acting is really shotty. Maybe you should've gotten a post-pubescent guy to act some of the voices. But hey, work a little harder and it'll come out decent.

The subtitles and audio.. don't really match too well. And MY EYES! In some places there is yellow text on top of cyan.
I got a kick out of the disappearing dead cops. That's what I call environmental awareness.
The soaring sound of the plane needs some work, its not very good. [/Nitpick] Oh yes, for your reference, a private would NEVER make such a statement as "Lets go cut him off." to a superior officer like that. That will get him yelled at :D
I have to admit that I did like this movie quite a bit. It is an interesting story, and fun. For the most part, except for my gripes above, it is very well thought out and put together. Nice ending, too :D
