very ambitious
This is one of the most ambitious sprite movies I have seen. I like the way you kept some of the characteristics of the old Final Fantasy characters, and much of the same brand of humour while creating your own unique story.
I always loved that "Gwa-ha-ha" laugh.

This is the best one you made in a while man!
I found this one to be much more innovative and more fun to watch then your last few installments in this series. I hope you end this series real soon so that you can start on a new project. Anyway,this episode didn't concentrate much on the action but more on the story as the previous installments do but this concentrated EVEN more on the story than the action. I thought shadow's appearance in this episode really helped the story. I can't wait until the next episode is out. Keep up the good work.

Holy shit, Vince!
I'm utterly astonished here! Usually, the only drawback with your flashes is the sprite movement, but you've fixed up every problem you had in previous animations! The attacks and the magic looked like it belonged in the game, the timing of each character's movement was nearly flawless, and reaction shots (especially Locke's) were downright great! On top of all that, the the plot was very well written as well. My jaw actually dropped when Shadow...... almost let a little spoiler slip there..... heh..... Anyway, to get back on track here, the music and sound effects were excellent and several parts of the flash had me laughing like a moron..... which is my normal laugh.....
This is definitely your best flash yet, Vince! You've obviously put a helluva lot of work into this. Any person that wants to start making flash should definitely watch this series first! It's almost a perfect slideshow of a sprite animator building up skill with each successive volume. If I watched Part 1 right now, there's no way I would have thought it was done by the same animator as this! Great work.
I'll be looking forward to the finale, Vince. While I didn't like waiting over a month for this to come out, the quality of the animation was definitely worth the wait. Here's hoping that you keep making flash animations after this series is done!
p.s: I keep getting the feeling that something bad's going to happen to Locke. I've been thinking that since Part 7 or 8, and now I'm almost positive about it! Of course, don't respond to the the post script. No need to give away spoilers for you next work.

That was really good made me go nuts seeing the end, It is better then the original and I hope you make a continuation because that movie was awsome and It'll drive me nuts to not find out what happens! Great job hope to see more like this ^-^
