Very Cool
It's great fun to listen to your piece. It's so different from mine! It's interestin to listen to the different interpretations of the picture. You did an excellent job with the exciting opening (take off) and then the peaceful flight. I loved the brass, I haven't been able to listen to too much of the stuff on newgrounds right now but it's great to hear some jazz! Very refreshing. Nice sound effects too! (Why didn't I think of that?)
Honestly, I feel like the period with the piano in the beginning was more appropriate for the song but of course, that is just my take on it... and my interpretation was so drasticly different from yours!
Nice originality. Hope to hear some more of your stuff in the future. I have to warn you i'm a super tough and critical reviewer and i'd give this an 8 out of 10. However, I see no reason to lower your perfect review score of 10.
The reason being for me giving you an 8 out of 10 is probably just because of my own subjuctivity of the theme. Sometimes it is hard to differentiate between what you like and what is good. Keep the jazzy jazz coming!

I put the effects trying to make it fit to the character of the contest. Guess it worked :)
I think the "balladish" piano fit to the "flying passenger" feel, but there is also the "lift up" and "complicated engine" and "tension of driving the beast" ... sort of thing ...

I love the beginning! For some reason, it reminds of the Final Fantasy Series with Maple Story along with it. Your music really does remind me of flight, I love your work! I look forward to hear more from you!
