Not Good at ALL
All the skateboarding things were horrible, but not just that every single animation in this cartoon was so horribly put together. Once I saw one of those shorts it was just like i had seen them all. Because crap is crap no matter how you dress it up.

WOAH!! How pathetic is that? Thats probably the worst collection of animations I have ever seen.. and thats being nice. Sorry dude but its just totally lame.
Graphics: Totally suck.
Style: I like the idea of having all your animations in one big group kinda thing, but it's just lame how its set out.
Sound: The sound is crap, some of the songs dont stop when you return to the menu and the "sound effects" don't work.
Violence: There is some stupid pathetic violence, so it does deserve a 2, but the blood is crap and so are the weapons.
Interactivity: kinda mantioned that in Style.
Humor: 10/10, I wasn't laughing because it was funny, I was laughing because it's so lame. Flash n00b.
Well, that was the slagging off, now for the improvements bit:
You could really do with working on your art and spending more time on one decent animation than 10+ (or whatever) than lots of crap short ones.

matrix effects don't mix with stick characters...and i seen too many stick fights...the glitches annoyed me as well i mean you could of have something to stop the music...and one choice of a car whats up with that? you suppose to have 2 selectable cars not just one...and i couldn't even read one word of what the matrix characters said....20 minutes of my life taken away as i wish it was gain back...yeah so my comment is moronish..but its crap the movie is...

horrible animation, not funny at all, completley unoriginal and nothing interesting in the least. The effort for Those 20 horrible thirty second long animations could have been spent on one animation that wouldn't have sucked as bad.
