I know somewhat about what is going on in Korea. But the fact is that is compared to a hot fish. I think fingerprint would be more interesting. Here is a list of things that would be just as dumb; a piece of bread, water, trees, cupacakes, dirt, and maybe something like a choclate chip cookie. Giving the girl anyone of those things wouldn't have changed it much. The only thing that would really change is the titile and the little swiming fish might be a flying cupcake. A little girl is crying she gets fish. It then relates to the North/South Korea issue again with the fish. You could have actually made it interesting or give a clue to those who don't know. Instead of saying fish are all cooked in ovens but they are all different. Try again and make it less annoying and more interesting. Other then all that the style was kinda cool.

it's a real shame you had to remove the film, as it is REALLY good, and no doubt would score as highly as your other entries, but I'm reviewing what was left here on NG and had to score low.

How does this get a good score? Its been gone 3 years, so I'm pretty sure you're not bringing it back. Maybe if you would have replaced this with something good, it would be worth a good score. 1/10 for the music and text.
