well...it was better than the first
In both the first and second, there was many a Dragon Ball cliche. That made the plot, events, and action scenes repetative and at times annoying. "OMG! I HAVE UNLOCKED MY TRUE POTENTIAL!"

Sorry if that was put too mockingly, but the whole "true potential" is kind of overused. Also, some of the names that you put for those skills or whatever was kind of on the corny side. I don't exactly remember what they were, but I remember not liking them very much. I feel you're also making the characters too powerful, they seem invulnernable.
"Oh look, a great gigantic monsterous demon. I SUMMON THE DEATH MACHINE THAT KILLS EVERYTHING! BWAH!"
But, aside from all that, there were improvements. The whole issue with the overuse of profanity got better, although sometimes some of the characters spoke like a gangsta black man which, simply put, is not cool. It did get better though.
