Nice job, I have seen many good sprite movies. And even though this wasn't a full movie, it was still well done.

It Just Keeps Getting Better
Plot holes? I don't seem to have picked up on any of them... Regardless, I'm glad you're making another Megaman series.

If you want it to be better then you other series, then change a bit things:
1, You shouldn't mix it that much, MMZ's people should be removed. Why? Because it's a LONG time AFTER the X series, and the bosses shouldn't be fighting, the mosters/robots should.
2, Willy did make Zero, but he didn't finish him, because he didn't know how, (just say someone else made him, like any big boss in X series).
3, I don't know about you, but Megaman said he was alone, but Protoman's still alive.
4, Take out the old bosses, and put the bosses of X series in, trust me it's better.
5, This is the last one, and maybe you might know, when you take a sprite and make it too big,you need to detail it, or it'll look crappy.
Nice plot, nice sounds, nice sprites, good job, but need changes.

1-I may use the MMZ's soldiers but of course they won't be from the MMz saga, i know that it happens way after.Of course i am going to pick the bosses instead of the simpler robots, how a lil helmet thingy is going to make some movie interesting?..:P
2-Wily did finish him, didn't you play megaman: the power battles or megaman x4?
3-If you watch the final episode of bass' revenge you'll see that protoman leaves, so megaman doesnt really know if he will be back.
4-Ok first you ask me to get rid of the MMz soldiers but want me to add MMX bosses?..that'd mix everything even more.
5-I know that, that's why for every new series i create i try to make it way better than the last one.
