the control is a little slow, and would it kill you to put a boss in now and then.

The game starts lagging massively, thanks to the hundreds of extra laser clips flying off to the right.
Couldve been better
Youve got all the skills you need to make a decent game, but you didnt use them. You need to put better graphics, music, a MUCH HIGHER FPS RATE, and more action. The game is way too slow.
Im trying to be as constructive as I can, those are not insults, they're tips. Use them wisely and maybe you can get 3-4/5! ;)
Not bad...
A decent side-scrolling game, marred by a poor frame-rate. My guess as to the cause is that after disappearing from view, the lasers are continuing on needlessly - if you programmed it in such a way that the lasers removed themselves after they left the screen, I think you'd manage to speed it up.

It was ok. But it was EXTREMELY slow, go back and increase teh frame rate..like double or more. Then it will be fast paced and fun.
