Can't really seem anything wrong withthis. The shading and colour all just blend in perfectly, the way it's drawn it looks like he could lunge at you any second, and honestly, he does look pretty creepy for Mr. Holy. And if anybody actually wonders, yes, he does resemble somebody. You're thinking of Odin as he was called, the leader of Ragnarok, the gang of delinquents from the famous manga, History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi. It's probably unintentional, but he is a pretty close match.
