*Consctructive Critisizm*
I liked the idea, however I would dispense with the ball-and-hand type characters and try to make them in more likeness of the actual characters as seen in the game. I liked the music, but it was a little "thin" so to speak. It needed more tracks and a heavier drum beat.
I really like the idea, you've got a great start. Try making a sequel with different characters fighting, and try having some objects they interact with other than just their weapons.

Room for improvement
The fight was kind of boring. The movements were very slow and the graphics, I haven't seen much worse. The sound was bad, the music was most likely from a midi file because of the quality and last I feel not enough detail was put into anything.
Where's the originality?
Not impressed, the same annoying 2-d fight as there always is. The sound quality was crackly, and the animation wasn't impressive.
