Diverting.
I cannot in good conscience give you a 5 for this, as it loses it's fun after a time.
It is, however, for what it is, very well done. The controls are responsive and fluid, the 'laser' bomb thing is much cooler than I thought it would be, and actually really nifty to watch for such a simple effect.
At first, I was a little annoyed by the one-hit-wonderness of it - one shot and you're dead - until I realized that this is a lot like those old car games in which you're meant to see how far you can go before you hit a rock.
Once you get going, though, you quickly run out of things to do.
A very good game, but not overly high on the replay value.
Excellent work, and your next will undoubtedly be even better.
I will now echo the sentiments mentioned a billion times already - THE BLASTED PLAY BUTTON IS NEARLY INVISIBLE AGAINST THE SHIP.
This should be easy to fix - just put it in a different colored font or something.
Don't blame the reviewers for not being able to find it, the bloody thing is very well-hidden.
COnsidering than the vast majority of your reviewers and players will be young teens and tweens with ADD from too many years of crack-laden morning cereals and maniac Japanese cartoons, ~if it takes more than 1.3 seconds to find the 'play' button, there is something wrong, and your reviews will suffer for it.~
