This was really shit
First impressions of the clown were gd then u cocked it up with shitty noises and pictures of wankers and freaks no storyline and the sirens at the end pissed me off 2.

I saw both versions, back to back, and there is do discernible difference between the two. Unless I am missing something???
As far as being "Too Hardcore", All I can say is WTF ? I see nothing "hardcore" about this vid.
I do not know if it ever was banned from NG, and I kind of doubt it was, but if it was banned, it was a bad decision.
There is nothing wrong with the content of this movie.
