5/5

Voices

Dude, GOT TO HAVE VOICES!!! You gained great momentum in every scene, then TOTALLY blew it by having to read something. Also, with animation slash story, slash music, slash slash slash so great you can't afford to have cheesy voices. You need to find some people who can really act and get some good quality voices to do this animation justice.

WOULD have gotten 5/5 10/10, but can't do it man, 4/5 8/10

Unique

this is a very unique movie. The graphics are good and i am very intruiged to watch more. Only thing I didn't like was that there was no voice overs. nice job though

Woo!

Congratulations on the 3rd place award! This was a pretty neat animation. Nice concept combined with great graphics and animation, it can't get much better, keep up the great work!

Pity it hasn't yet been continued.

It's been a (long) while since this animation was posted and I doubt this review will be helpful or even relevant, but I'm posting it anyway.

Several people have said voices would have made it better, but I disagree. There is a rhythm to this animation, with the way the images move along with the music as if they were an extension of the sound rather than a foreground to background music. The ambiance and tone are shaped through this, giving it that dark and eerie sci-fi detachment that makes it so intriguing.

Maybe voices should be taken into consideration for future entries (if any are ever made...) so that the plot can be more easily advanced, but this one works wonderfully as it is.

Aside from the amazing intro, those orbiting spheres that hint at something far beyond the human scale we're accustomed to, the visuals do need a bit of refinement, but I'm sure the animator, wherever s/he is, has improved during these years.
