This is going to be a rough review mainly because I feel you got protential to make something incredible.
The movie was alright, although the graphics were kinda sketchy.. and normally this isnt a problem, but when you have shitty drawings with a serious flash movie it gives off the wrong impression. Also most tears run down the inside of the eye not the outside.
Another idea you might want to consider is kinda showing how he got there.. like what drove him to such a depressing mindstate. and while hes crouched down show some sort of animation within him.. like shaking his head.. or rubbing his hands up and down his face to show some sort of disparity.
