When remixing someone else's remix, you need to do a little more than just swap a few sections around.
This is practically plagerism. It is pretty much note for note the song "Monstrous Turtles" which can be found on the OCremix forums. Hell I downloaded it from there a few YEARS ago.
If I had seen this during judgement phase I would have blown the whistle.
