This is massive potential. Number 1 really sucked, but this was huge improvement. Optimize your sprites a bit and maybe try and get a drawing pad (for comp). I respect the fact that you tried to draw crono in paint, but if you had a digital pad then you could draw by hand (you said your in artist in previous reviews)
Looking forward to see if you improve. Besides, you're better than vince, you don't need his preloader.

Not bad but there is a cliché-warning here...
Well, see your spelling is no problem like some of the reviewers here, but even though you had great choice of music and you used good sounds and the graphic was pretty well done I think the whole thing is one big cliché...plus that it reminded me of dragonball the way they fought...I just want to assure you that I tried to be as objective as possible even though I truly dislike DBZ and I think that you should use more environments (backgrounds), more characters (way too few and worthless as they didn´t fight at all except Chrono), it´s also a plus if you could think up something more original about the story if you know what I mean, taking over the world with my dark army is kind of a stale badass purpose...
