Not the right words...
I was going to say at first that the song seems too "cheerful", yet the title is about tears, so I was a little confused...
My taste in Trace/Dance songs is not this song. However, my taste aside, I still give it a full 10. Why? It's a very good song, irregardless of if I enjoy it fully or not. It sounds professionally composed, the notes mesh together just the right way, and it does sound quite nice.
Keep up the continual good work!
