A lot of dead time
This movie had good drawing and good sound. But the dialogue was so unbelievably slow, and there was tons of dead-time. It needs to be tightened up to, maybe, one-third of its current length.

This kinda sucks now, it wasnt bad in the first ep, but you went drastically down hill, Cliched storyline plus a shredder lookalike, does not equal good flash, the common who, what, when, where, why, is all good and fun, if you know how to excute it, in this, you didnt.

How is this getting a 3.54? Besides the voice acting it doesn't look like there was a whole lot of work put into it.
I can't think of the word...
But this is pretty bad. I watched the first one and thought it looked pretty decent, I was wrong. It's drawn out, and the transitioning it pretty lame.

first background looked awkward..voice-acting was amazing as was the qaulity..unique plot hopefully you can animate some battles later on..um..your drawing style is very interesting..you get a 4,keep it up.
