Noir? I guess so...
First of all, noir requires certain qualities. Black and white does not make a certain piece film noir. There are just certain regulations that you have followed but they are not so clear. -Film noir is all about the bluring of clearity so you did so wonderfully! So is the pet owner the protagonist, the house fly the femme fatale, and the ending disaster is she sucks his life out? I guess it is film noir. You should have elaborated on the plot.
I'll give this 9 just for the concept and style
its got a nice look, not sure bout the subject matter though, i think as the other guy said before me you have good potential, make something bout people dying or something CANT GET ENOUGH OF THAT!
Underrated
It's kinda short and not much happens, but it's still interesting. I think you have potential to make a future classic. Anyway, this is better than the average movie passing judgement.
