Wowza

Dude, I'm not even gonna rate this because it wouldn't even begin to show how much I truly enjoyed this piece. The simplicity of it made it shine so that my mind can't even grasp the meaning of it.

However, I am curious as to what was going through your mind as you made this. I'm a writer and tend to look deeper than the surface. Many emotions hit me when I listen to this, but I would like to know whether this was a happy, sad, romantic, or whatever to you.

Tamadrum responds:

I'm not sure what I was feeling while I wrote this, if I had to say anything it would have probably been a mixture of everything that had built up over the past couple weeks... angst, hate, anger, love, happiness, and everything in between. Thanks for another review!

Great!!

It... this song really touched me. I really like this song.

Tamadrum responds:

Thanks again Superpotatoguy!

Very Good!

TAMADRUM FTW!!! hey sorry for the late reply and my absence from the forums and things i just got really busy with work and school. But im back now so all is well ;D. well ok ON WITH THE REVIEW!!

From the first note my head was bobbing with the beat. This is the first time i have heard that instrument, what is it called its not one of my fav's. but neway this is what i see

I see a young man walking down a street, to where he doesnt know. as long as he gets away he is happy. head drawn down shoulders slumped he soldiers on. how could he do such a thing he asked himself. "how could he hit me, his son of all things thing" then at 1:34 he stops. his name has been called from behind, slowly he turns to see his father nearly 100 feet behind tears streaming down is face. He slowly kneels in the street. cars horns bleeping for him to move but he pays them no attention. With arms stretched out he begs his son to forgive him, to please look past his faults. He explains that he is only trying is best and that what he did was the worst thing he could do. The young man looks at his father. Tears streaming down his face now as well. he slowly turns, and walked away. and from there it fades to black

kinda sad... the song isnt really sad i dont know why it stirred me in this way but that is what i saw. thank you for sharing your beautiful music again.

Tamadrum responds:

The first instrument? it was an acoustic guitar... sort out of my normal style I know, but it fit the bill. :D

The story you wrote is very sad, like you said... I had to read through it a second time to really get the whole emotional output of it... Glad to see you back on! :D
