I realize that this...
I realize that this was just a call that was recorded, and you did animation to... that known I will comment on what you've done. To maybe make it better try, perhaps doing the conversation yourself (which wouldn't be as funny as the real thing, yet would be funnier since we could understand a bit better), you could also have done a little backstory for the call, like what the old guy did that day to have "to release a pocket full of anger tickets" (sorry, a term a therapist told me about, describing every annoyance as a ticket, an "anger ticket" and that you should cash in this ticket by just saying a small "stop" or "leave me alone or "escuse you" instead of letting them collect untill the pocket bursts and you react to something with far more anger than needed, anyway...). That would make the whole situation much funnier... and more enjoyable... Good job for what you worked with, but stuff like that isn't worth enough to work on in the first place.

That sound was so bloody awful I could hardly understand anything. Perhaps if that was fixed, this would be decent, but otherwise....no.
