I like it as a scene as you stated looking good love all the strucural details you have some massive talents and make even a B/W look amazing An amazing black and white style of art here the small fine details or shades really make it pop with a visual beauty and intense look and thats what I really enjoyed about this one, so awsome job indeed.

Your use of black and white gives it a old time feeling. All the grey and shading lead me to imagine it is midnight and I just happen to notice the Clinic. Good attention to detail on the store fronts and the street signs.
