gotta say, I laughed hard at this one. The best for me was you used the original theme song and that the animation was intentionally the way it was. Funny stuff that.
(Although not as funny as Fatsnail65 thinking the "real" themesong sounds better. I practically fell out of my chair laughing when I read that. Ugh now I feel old :P)

Animation was crappy, but I assume that's what you were going for (and no, I probably couldn't do better, but still...you have to admit it's pretty crappy). Other than that...I gave you a 5 because I watched it twice, just because all of a sudden Raph was masturbating. This made no sense, but I'll give you points for humor/shock factor, since up until then I was gonna give you a 2.
It was cute until...
You defiled the TMNT name by makeing Raph spooge every where and making Mike a fuck maniac. It was colorful and funny in a silly way until you perverted your own flash. Not that it's not okay to be perveted, but it sort of cheapened the humor. Plus, since you were doing it to the coolest Teen aged, Mutant-like, Ninja skilled, Man-Turtles, I had to blam you...sorry. Not really.
Hrm.
Well, the graphics were horrible, the sound wasok, loved the interactivity, overall, I'd give it a 4.
