Just plain terrible
Why so gay? Why Legendary Frog? Ever heard the term: Over the top? Honestly mate, rethink your flashes a bit. Apart from decent graphics, this was just plain toilet humour after toilet humour, and bloody filthy ones at that.

Whether on the Internet or otherwise, to make statements or publications that could damage someones reputation is a Crime. It's called Liable, and could also count under some definitions of Fraud, and Public Defacement.
On the other hand, to feel it necessary to utterly insult another artists' work merely to improve your own ego seems to be some vain attempt to reconcile some outside grudge, which is an insult to any kind of artistic work. Either that, or you couldn't come up with an original idea, which is kinda weak considering that the actual animation (once you look past the content...) isn't exactly horrible.
In closing, I'd like to suggest you seek professional help. Your obsession over the male reproductive organ (read: PENIS) is rather disturbing. Now, it's okay to appreciate the good ol' wonder-wand, but this is a little... overboard. Regardless of your opinion of Final Fantasy (as depicted herein), this flash is either a cry for help, or a load of absolute shit. These are not, however, mutually exclusive judgements. This flash is more than likely BOTH.

Sort of tasteless. Very tasteless, in fact. That and the fact that the music - the submission's chief plus - is not yours earn you a grand zero stars. I'm surprised this got past judgment.
The worst bit of it all is that your animation, though obscene, is not actually too shoddy. All I can say is, your talents would be better spent in more creative and worthwhile directions.
