I see a lot of negative criticism of this video. When this video was released was a fairly amazing work. It was one of the first Noir vids on this site. It did a number of technical things that weren't common or easy at the time. A good portion of videos at the time were merely stick figure videos, or videos involving video game sprites. This one was really different.

Some people might think it's really short, but there used to be more technical limitations. Loading time used to be a consideration. Most people had dial-up internet and used netscape at the time. I remember when I first saw it 16 years ago, it blew me away.

Well, it sure wasn't a total bust. It was short, and slightly sweet, but I still think you could have done a little better.

Uninspired

I did like the music and the animation was pretty smooth, but, uh... what was the point? Guy meets hooker, guy bones hooker, guy kills hooker, guy regrets killing hooker? No message, incredibly short, and the art style is nothing new to the world. Also, rated E for everyone, huh? There's blood, smoking, drinking, and I saw a nipple. Oops.
Nice execution, though. Try to come up with a unique atmosphere and deeper story, and you could hit it pretty big.

The music and animation match. nice color choices. It was pretty cool.

Not bad

The music fit and art style was nice, also it was overall a nice short animation. I would like to see you do more of these.
