Reviews for "Kirbys Dream Universe [orche]"

Durpedurpiedurp

Very well done..
I'm always short on reviews =) If it's good, it's good. And this is good.

I absolutely LOVE IT!

Well, this is just a fantastic loop.
I'm a MASSIVE Kirby fan, and this loop definitely does the Kirby series justice, if not more.
I love the whole "Live performance feel" to it, and the way it comes together as a whole so well. You can easily tell it's the "Kirby in Dreamland" theme song, yet it's so original on its own.
Thinking about making an online Wii arcade style game, and if I do eventually get around to it, this is for sure, going to be the main song!

Youv'e made a Kirby fan very proud, Cheers, I love it!

BowserThedestructive responds:

Thanks :D I just noticed my score rank for this is 4# O_0 Woot :)
guess for sure the work on this one Payed off :)

11/10.

I've heard good orchestrations in my time, but this one takes the cake. And it's a freaking huge cake.

It actually sounds better than the original. Are you doing any more of these in the future? If so, please warn my so I can get my Extra-High-Quality headphones out.

I feel cheap using laptop speakers to listen to this... :(

BowserThedestructive responds:

thanks and yes ive got plans for newer ones just has always ill be posting post on my profile in abit "by time u read this responce its already there" :D
Of my newer mixes in the works "planned for" that i plan to orchestrate
because i love orchestral songs
and my speakers are realtek HD ones but at medium i cant tell sounds good sometimes ive had some on others bad but i listen to frequinces of the notes piece by piece "Lead" then i perfect the best use of the theme of the orchestral i want And base it on that like this i wanted the song to feel Smoother slower
and well hard to explain but 5 hours work =masterpiece ;)
but of course i use premade midi which isnt anybad thing it basiclly the notes all of the notes line everythign to the song in note format i use those to piece it together :)

Cool! ^^

Nice! Another orchestra masterpiece! ^^

Another good selection of instruments. I especially love the drums and the strings section. The brass is simply perfect, especially at 3:26.
More importantly, I like the variety between tempos. It keeps it from being repetitive. Nicely done!

While it may be long, this is an awesome orchestral of Dream Land!
5/5 and 10/10!

BowserThedestructive responds:

thanks wooot :) ya variating the tempo was a brilliant idea :) i thought of I mainly because it sounds realer and Not reptitive like you said :)

Nice

Very well done. It is a little off key and off tempo at some parts (unless you planned it that way, good!), but the rest is superb, especially the drums, bravo!
[If you planned it to be orchestral and not exactly tuned to what the game sounded like, then it's fine]

Good variations, there are some places where it just sounds a little bad, I don't know what you are using, but it's the instrument(s) between 0:12 and 0:18

BowserThedestructive responds:

thanks I kinda ya tried to do so :D 12-18 is an oboe variation i made kinda..
i tried to make them sound perfect has always :D i work on every line of notes drums and leads for instruments and work on each for has long has possible till its perfect sounding then i play it back with others ive worked on till i know one fits like the voluming so i Know which is perfect when one is playing making sure others play at optimule volume at that needed time :D
