Quite good
While it IS like poninjas, it lacks the smoothness of the orginials. Also, that music loops really badly at that one point. And needs to be fixed. All in all, I say its good, but you're trying too hard to emulate it. If you make another tribute make sure its more orginial. People don't want to see the orginial series redone badly.

a ninja should be stealthy
that looks more like plain sword fighting. a ninja should be stealthy and they use more then one sort of weapon. add in some other eapons ( besides other swords ) to beef it up. I don't think you should have the music looping. there are plenty of good songs out there that last longer then your clip. finally, you need more action instead of cheesey deaths
a little bit like Xiao Xiao
I found its been a little bit like Xiao Xiao mmovies but they are much better.
This movie has not enough moves and the moves it hacve are not so cool like Xiao Xiao.
But its not bad.
what are they?
they're like little cube guys? no arms and legs, always a great way to get out of having to do any real animation =p i wasn't very entertained, the music loop sounded like shit because of the quality and the three second pause after ever play. even the swordplay (read 'whole movie') was pretty boring. jes not my bag i guess. gl when you try real animation.
