Wow, this is strange, but I can hear a lot of potential. It reminds me of a lot of good songs, that need just a tiny bit more smoothing out before being finished.

I would give it a 9.5 if I could. The only problem with it I see is that its a bit screechy for me but it has a bit of kick behind it and I really like that.
