Oh dear god, those synths
Well, this is a really cool tune. The melody was great and the guitar, although very MIDI, was well produced. The drums didn't bother me that much, although, as you said, they aren't the greatest drum samples to use. The synths did become rather too prominent at unnecessary points, and sometimes the random bells didn't work well, considering the chimes were out of key. The riffs were cool, the drums did they job and weren't too flashy.
All in all, a great track, not much more room for improvement.

Very much appreciated... Very often I get "yo that was siiiiiick" or something along those lines and it's nice to get some real honest feedback.
If people agree with you about the synth I will tone them down.

*edit* the bells were meant to not fit the song.. originally the idea behind this song was for the bells and scary pad at the start to represent the fear that the song was fighting against
