This animation didnt take up too much CPU. You must have a really bad computer if it took up any. My CPU went up only about 5%

I'll let the lip sync slide, it was VERY intense on the cpu, specially in high quality mode, and that will definitely throw off the sync. However, the voice acting was really bad. What I suggest you do is get all the games from the Legacy of Kain series and practice speaking like they do in that.
Great animation, otherwise. Some of the best I've seen. The voice acting just really drug it down.

1.) voice acting was terrible!! and so was the lip synch
2.) dude...wow....awsome special effects, animation, art.....wow... This deserved first if you ask me...could have been longer though

Very well done. I really like your art style, as well as the animation. All of it blurs together pretty seamlessley, and that flame tornado thing was really cool. Your voices are pretty high quality, but aren't perfect yet(NOT the synching issue, this is about quality). The story is a bit tired, war between superpowered folks, but that doesn't mean it's any less fun. Keep it up!
BTW- I think those bullets look just fine.
