It has potential
First off, the whole clicking the bubbles thing just gets annoying.
Second, the dialog felt pretty dry.
Finally, there is a lot of room for parody in there, just get creative and let the gags flow.
Otherwise, just make it longer and this could be great.

We don't get many good Pokemon spoof flashes on Newgrounds, but this one looks promising (it also has Link, so that's cool too). I hope you keep going with this, I'm starting to like it. :)

Good work there, it's an ok flash.
Also, make the "CLICK TEXT BUBBLES TO ADVANCE" note more clearly. I sat there waiting for Link to do something else for like 20 minutes, before I tried to click something.
I'm also wondering, did you draw those sprites, or have someone draw them for you?
Because they look nothing like SNES or GB(a) sprites that I've ever seen.

This wasn't too bad
The clip of him walking in the forest didn't loop very well, that could be something to consider in the next one. Overall, this was pretty cool. I didn't like it much at first, but as it went on it became better.
